Mahonia Na Dari Inc is a PNG incorporated NGO with a Certificate of Incorporation of an Association since November 1998. The finances of MND are externally audited each year.
July 2020 saw the passing of Max Benjamin, owner and founder of Walindi Plantation Dive Resort. Together with his wife Cecilie, Max established Mahonia Na Dari Conservation Centre. This fund has been created to allow friends of Kimbe Bay to contribute to the Max Benjamin Legacy Fund. These donations will continue to support students, teachers, local communities and marine education.
